The MASKrAID® campaign is a Mending Kids online auction of one-of-a-kind masks created and donated by iconic and civic-minded individuals. Through this campaign we are raising funds necessary to provide children living in the U.S. with free life-changing surgeries during the 8th Hometown Mission.
As we are all painfully aware, the economic effects of the pandemic are devastating to families in already precarious financial situations. These are the families that the Mending Kids Hometown Mission serves, and we are expecting an increase in need for our help this year and in the years to follow.
Mending Kids, through the MASKrAID Campaign, will continue to support local communities with PPE and medical supplies. Consider a small donation and make a big impact in a child's life today. Venmo @MendingKids, click to bid or support our area of greatest need.

Only the winning bid will be charged and the masks will be mailed out from our office in Los Angeles.

Every year, our Hometown Mission provides up to 20 free surgeries to underserved children here in the United States.
Purchasing a Mending Kids branded t-shirt or sweatshirt will help us further our mission and continue to provide critical supplies and services.

Mending Kids is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, providing free life-transforming surgical care to sick children worldwide by deploying volunteer medical teams and educating communities to become medically self-sustaining. Our volunteer medical teams donate their time and services to care for children while educating local medical staff.
Since this March, Mending Kids has been donating, coordinating, and sourcing PPE supplies for the frontline medical professionals throughout Los Angeles and New York.
Funds raised from our MASKrAID campaign will be allocated for PPE support
for the front line medical professionals as well as to support students in the US by providing masks
free of charge. Public elementary, middle, and high schools (including magnets and charter schools) in the United States are eligible to apply. We will strive to provide masks to as many schools as we can with the funds raised. Requests will be taken on a first come, first served basis with a focus on helping schools with the greatest economic needs.
